Note on PDF files: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may receive an error: "File does not begin with '%PDF-'." If this happens you have one of two choices:
(1) Click OK on the error message and you should have a blank screen. Refresh the page (F5). If this doesn't work, try step two.
(2) Instead of following the link, right click it and select "Save Target As.." to save the file to your hard disk. You should be able to open it from there.
